We are currently looking for an experienced architect or senior developer to lead our developers. Candidates must be able to work independently, demonstrate initiative and leadership take direction and collaborate well with others.
You also need to have an understanding for a web operations center combining advanced virtualization, global load balancing over multiple sites, CDN and cloud computing. Are you passionate about developing new architectures to address impossible performance and security issues? The candidate will be overseeing the development of a social network and online game having 500,000 members, 6 million page views per day and 30Tb of bandwidth, and the development of an additional network spanning Latin- and South America. Pheromone is looking for a creative director to lead and inspire our creative team of user experience specialists, art directors and copywriters. This person will play a pivotal creative role in finding the best ideas and messages. Reporting to the Vice President Strategy and Design, the right candidate will have solid experience in planning and designing interactive products while overseeing copywriting and art direction.
Responsibilities
- Providing creative leadership within the agency
- Inspiring and leading the creative team (ux specialists, interaction designers, art directors and copywriters)
- Collaborating with our strategy and technology development teams
- Preparing, delivering and leading client presentations
- Demonstrating constant curiosity for new media & platforms
- Leading brainstorming sessions
- Creating an environment that attracts and motivates talented people from all walks of life
- Expressing ideas clearly, concisely and persuasively, both orally and in writing
- Participating in budget estimates
- Actively participating in the development of customer relationships
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in a similar position
- University education in a relevant field
- Industry-recognized background and a portfolio demonstrating the required creativity
- Bilingual (spoken and written)
- Excellent command of both languages

Copywriter / content manager
Copywriter / content manager
Role
Pheromone is looking for a rare pearl to fill the roles of copywriter and content manager. Reporting to the Creative Director, the right candidate will have a knack for words, with persuasive writing that isn’t limited to only catchy sound bites. The candidate will also occasionally act as content manager, preparing and coordinating content for client sites.
Responsibilities
- Providing all copywriting (ads, websites, press releases, corporate documents, etc.)
- Creating communication campaign messages for the products and services being promoted, for the
- target audience and for the selected media
- Collaborating closely with user experience specialists and art directors
- Preparing, delivering and leading client presentations
- Demonstrating constant curiosity for new media & platforms
- Leading brainstorming sessions
- Developing content strategies and making content proposals to clients
- Coordinating the revision and translation of texts
- Managing and preparing content to integrated into websites
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in a similar position
- University education in a relevant field
- Creativity, very good general knowledge, intellectual curiosity
- Strong analysis and synthesis skills
- Bilingual (spoken and written)
