We are currently looking for an experienced architect or senior developer to lead our developers. Candidates must be able to work independently, demonstrate initiative and leadership take direction and collaborate well with others.

You also need to have an understanding for a web operations center combining advanced virtualization, global load balancing over multiple sites, CDN and cloud computing. Are you passionate about developing new architectures to address impossible performance and security issues? The candidate will be overseeing the development of a social network and online game having 500,000 members, 6 million page views per day and 30Tb of bandwidth, and the development of an additional network spanning Latin- and South America. Responsibilities
- Detailed project evaluation and analysis
- Translating business requirements into solid web and mobile applications
- Develop best practices and development processes
- Mentoring and training
- Oversee code review
- R&D Projects
- Automation of DEV and QA processes.

General Criteria
- Fast learner, good teacher
- Attention to details,
- Autonomous and creative
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good problem solver
- Minimum 7 years experience with PHP
- You have displayed leadership in another professional environment

Assets
- Experience with other open source CMS
- Experience with other programming languages (Ruby, Python)
- Experience with mobile development (Android, Blackberry, iPhone)
